Why did you choose dentistry?

I believe dentistry is a part of an individual’s everyday lifestyle, whether oral hygiene habits, eating, smiling, laughing etc.—teeth are a small component of the human body and yet can create such a large impact on a patient’s wellbeing with all the functions they provide. I am very passionate about preventative health and oral hygiene to keep a healthy smile. Another aspect that made me passionate about dentistry is viewing a patient from a holistic approach, understanding what their current dental needs are, and creating an individualized treatment plan for the patient.

What are some of your hobbies outside of work?

I enjoy being outdoors, landscaping, attending local sporting events, and spending quality time with friends and family. I also enjoy shopping for indoor plants and finding a good local coffee spot.
