What is the most rewarding part about your job?
The most rewarding part of my job at CFC is being able to support individuals on their path to healing, recovery, and personal growth. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the strength and resilience of those I work with as the navigate life’s challenges.

What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, going on walks, visiting farms, and trying new restaurants.

What are some healthy practices in your daily routine?
I prioritize health routines by maintaining a consistent sleep schedule to the best of my ability, engaging in self-care, and staying active by going on walk and exercising.
