Professional Experience:
Laura Desilets has recently joined the Cass Family Clinic Network as the Human Resources Director. After serving with the U.S. Air Force Laura began her human resources career in Florida with AMC Theatres and then Tech Data Corporation. After returning to her hometown of Dowagiac, MI in 2015 Laura continued honing her HR skills while working at CHT in Cassopolis and the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Government. Laura also serves on Dowagiac’s City Council. She earned her Human Resources Certification and BGS degree from Fort Hays State University. Using her leadership education Laura is excited to work with employees developing in developing goals to increase their skills and progress their careers.
