Health services Cassopolis Family Clinic Network
“Family” Practice takes on an additional meaning in this community because Cassopolis Family Clinic Network is literally like family to the people who live here. When a patient calls the office, they talk to Angela, not a voicemail system. When someone has a question for a nurse, they talk to Patty. Patients say, “Relationships are developed here. Sometimes you need someone who knows you as a person. It’s about building relationships and trust, and that has to be earned over time.”

Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN) serves the healthcare needs of nearly 13,000 patients annually with quality healthcare, drawing throughout Cass and southeast Berrien Counties. CFCN provides healthcare services for the entire community including people who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Michigan Medicaid and Medicare, along with most commercial insurances.  Specialists are available at each CFCN location to assist in healthcare enrollment in the Michigan Medicaid and Sliding Fee Discount Program(s).

Call Cassopolis Family Clinic Network for more information or to schedule an appointment to see one of our board-certified healthcare providers and to make CFCN your medical home. CFCN has two convenient primary care locations in Cassopolis (Cassopolis Family Clinic) and Niles (Niles Community Health Center).   Cassopolis Family Clinic (269) 445-3874 or  Niles Community Health Center (269) 262-4749
