Board Certified in Family Medicine, Drs. Harris Shaikh and Matthew Pazderka have joined the staff of CFCN.  They will care for patients of all ages at CFC until the opening of the new NCHC this November at 1951 Oak Street, Niles, MI.

Dr. Pazderka, originally from Omaha, Nebraska, obtained his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  Prior to joining CFCN, Pazderka completed his Family Practice Residency Program in Washington, DC at Georgetown University – Providence Hospital.   “I went into medicine because it is such a unique mix of studying the science of the human body and then applying that to each individual patient to help them be happy and healthy throughout their life.  The end result is building the patient-physician relationship which can be incredibly meaningful for myself, patients, and their families,” said Pazderka.  “There is always something to learn no matter how long you’ve been practicing.  It is humbling to go to work daily knowing you can become a better physician if you take the time to listen to your patients and pay attention to the details.”
