CFCN Receives Community Service Award 

Cassopolis, MI, November 8, 2018 – Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN) is the recipient of the Region IV Area Agency on Aging, Inc. (AAA) 2018 Community Service Award.

On Thursday, November 1st, Mary Geegan Middleton, CEO of CFCN accepted the award on behalf of the board of directors, administration, providers, and staff at the AAA annual meeting in St. Joseph, MI.  “I am delighted to present the Community Service Award to Cassopolis Family Clinic Network.  They have been providing primary care services to the community since 1964 and are currently building a new Community Health Center facility in Niles – Niles Community Health Center.  I present this award in appreciation for CFCN’s extended service in Cass and southeast Berrien counties and collaboration with AAA to empower adults in self-management of chronic illness,” stated Lynn Kellogg, CEO of Region IV Area Agency on Aging.

“We are honored to accept this award which highlights the excellent work of our Community Health Workers.  They enjoy working with our patients as they learn new ways to improve their health,” says Middleton.

CFCN provides comprehensive primary care, dental, behavioral health, obstetrics and gynecology, pharmacy, and healthcare enrollment assistance services for people of all ages who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Michigan Medicaid and Medicare along with most commercial insurances.
