Cass Family Clinic has appointed Dr. Brittany Nault as a family nurse practitioner at its Niles location, expanding access to primary care services for patients and families across the region.

Nault said she was drawn to a career in healthcare as a child after her grandfather became ill and eventually passed away after a short stay in the ICU.

“The compassion he and my family received during this hospitalization sparked my desire to become a nurse and help people through some of their most difficult times,” she said. “I went on to pursue my nurse practitioner license as I have a passion for building relationships with patients and working together to achieve their health goals.”

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Michigan State University, Nault spent four years working as a registered nurse on an inpatient oncology unit and as a chemotherapy/immunotherapy-certified nurse. In 2025, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Walden University. She joined Cass Family Clinic as a family nurse practitioner in February 2026 and now serves patients at the Niles clinic Tuesdays through Fridays.

“As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, my specialty is caring for patients across their lifespan,” said Nault. “I find value in providing care for the whole family, cultivating relationships, and empowering individuals to improve their health. I was drawn to a career at Cass Family Clinic because I believe everyone deserves access to high quality care regardless of their background.
