Cassopolis Family Clinic (CFC) was born of the community's desire to have a medical practice located in the village of Cassopolis. Community leaders raised funds to build a building in 1960, and recruited two physicians to town. Since Dr. Aaron Warren and Dr. Lowell Smith established a family practice here in 1964, the CFC has been an important part of this rural community. Fifty years later it is still the place where fourth and fifth generation patients come because they trust the people they know to provide the care they need. The CFC Clinic is a bridge, connecting people who live here in Cass and Southeast Berrien Counties with quality health care. You can read more about the history of the CFC here.
Today the board-certified physicians and medical staff at Cassopolis Family Clinic Network see approximately 7,000 patients a year between the main office in Cassopolis and the OB/GYN office in Niles, Michigan. The CFC serves patients with and without insurance, and have a sliding fee scale for patients who are uninsured. The CFC is one of the few medical practices in the area that will accept Medicare and Medicaid patients. The health care services we provide can be accessed by calling the main location in Cassopolis at (269) 445-3874.
