You never know when a heart attack is going to happen. It’s always a good thing to know the warning signs of a heart attack and the first steps you should take if you or someone around you is experiencing some of the symptoms, because every second counts!

Warning Signs
Chest Discomfort
Discomfort in upper body – Arms, neck, stomach, teeth and jaw
Shortness of breath
Cold Sweat
Nausea
Lightheaded ness
Unexplained fatigue

What To Do
If you or someone you’re with has chest discomfort or other heart attack symptoms, try to remain calm and call 9-1-1 right away.
